I love this set of posts on perfection - I feel validated and more importantly compelled to let go of my need to be perfect - and feeling more ok to fail.

Hi Maria! It's great to hear that this has helped a bit. We all suffer from Perfection Paralysis occasionally, but when it comes down to it, it's mor important to give something a go than never try because it won't be perfect. Let us know how you get on putting this into practice!

Hi Stephanie! Thanks for your comment, I really do love hearing from you and other listeners about their own experiences on the topics we cover. I'm sure that everyone has that internal conversation (and sometimes external!) I think it's mostly healthy :-)

Yep .... that's me too!! Oh and Paul I talk to myself constantly so either we're both sane or completely mad! As well as a perfectionist I'm also so competitive that I ruin "fun" evenings where games are played or there's a quiz etc.
