Enjoying a Balanced Christmas

There are alternatives to a blow-out Christmas and New Year. Some thought and planning beforehand will help you to get the best out of your holiday season, without suffering the consequences.

With a little forethought from you – and support from your coach – you can still have a great time, without spending the New Year trying to repair the damage.

So by this New Year you will already be working towards the new you that you promised yourself last year!
